1. What is FPVDepot?
FPVDepot is a UAE-based online store specializing in high-quality FPV products, drone components, and ready-to-fly drones. We serve drone enthusiasts, hobbyists, and professionals seeking premium drone technology and reliable parts.
2. Where is FPVDepot located?
FPVDepot operates from the United Arab Emirates and serves customers throughout the UAE and internationally. All products are shipped from authorized fulfillment locations to ensure reliable delivery.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through encrypted gateways in compliance with UAE and international security standards.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, FPVDepot does not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid online through our secure checkout system.
5. Can I buy ready-made drones instead of building one?
Yes. We offer a Ready-to-Fly (RTF) section featuring fully assembled and tested drones. These are ideal for customers who want to begin flying without handling assembly or configuration.
6. Do you sell individual parts and accessories?
Yes. We provide a wide selection of drone components including motors, frames, propellers, flight controllers, FPV cameras, transmitters, batteries, antennas, and other accessories. This allows customers to build, upgrade, or repair their drones.
7. How long does delivery take?
UAE deliveries typically take 2–7 business days after order processing. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
We maintain a structured return policy. Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items reported within three (3) business days of delivery with supporting evidence. Unopened items may qualify for return within the specified timeframe, subject to approval. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact support immediately if you need assistance.
10. Do I need to create an account?
You may check out as a guest where available. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage details, and access order history.
11. Am I responsible for complying with drone laws?
Yes. Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable aviation regulations, licensing requirements, and authority approvals in their country or region.
12. Is FPVDepot responsible for how drones are used?
No. FPVDepot does not control or supervise product use after delivery. Customers are fully responsible for safe, lawful, and compliant operation of all products.
13. Do you ship LiPo batteries internationally?
Some batteries are subject to airline and courier restrictions. If compliant shipment is not possible, we may contact you to adjust shipping options or cancel the order.
14. Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
For international orders, customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
