Shipping Policy

FPVDepot is committed to ensuring that every order reaches our customers safely, securely, and within a reasonable timeframe. We provide delivery across the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations through trusted courier partners.

By placing an order, you confirm that all delivery information provided is complete and accurate, including the recipient’s full legal name where required for courier or customs clearance purposes. You also agree to respond promptly to any courier contact attempts.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation. Processing times are estimates only and may vary during peak seasons, promotions, product launches, public holidays, or due to unforeseen operational or courier disruptions.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• UAE Deliveries: Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier workload.
• International Deliveries: Delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local postal systems.

Once dispatched, customers will receive an automated shipping confirmation containing tracking details. FPVDepot is not liable for delays caused by courier providers, customs authorities, weather conditions, regulatory inspections, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including full name, complete address, and active contact number.

If incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information results in delivery failure, return-to-sender, storage fees, or re-delivery attempts:

• All additional costs shall be borne by the customer;
• Refunds will not be issued for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information or recipient unavailability.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, regulatory fees, or other costs imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

FPVDepot is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, confiscations, or additional charges imposed by foreign authorities.

5. Packaging and Transit Risk

All products are securely packed to minimize transit damage. Minor cosmetic damage to external packaging that does not affect the product’s functionality does not qualify as shipping damage or grounds for return.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Address Issues, Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Sender

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, recipient unavailability, or failure to pay international duties or fees, the shipment may be returned to FPVDepot or held by the courier.

• Re-shipping, redirection, and storage charges are payable by the customer;
• If a return-to-sender occurs, FPVDepot may deduct actual shipping, return, and handling costs before issuing any eligible store credit or refund.

7. Batteries and Restricted Items

Certain products, including LiPo batteries and other regulated components, may be subject to transportation restrictions, hazardous goods regulations, or carrier limitations.

FPVDepot reserves the right to:

• Modify the shipping method to comply with regulations;
• Request additional documentation where required;
• Cancel and refund an order if compliant shipment is not possible.

8. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

Customers must notify FPVDepot of lost or undelivered parcels within:

• 10 business days from the expected delivery date for UAE shipments;
• 21 business days from the expected delivery date for international shipments.

This timeframe allows us to initiate a courier investigation. Claims reported outside these timeframes may prevent us from filing a courier claim, and FPVDepot may have no liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a loss claim is validated, FPVDepot may, at its discretion, provide either:

• A replacement product (subject to availability); or
• Store credit equivalent to the purchase value.

9. Shipping Rates and Courier Selection

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. FPVDepot reserves the right to select, change, or substitute courier providers where necessary to fulfill delivery obligations.
