Where we request information regarding the intended use of a product (“Declared Purpose”), you represent and warrant that such information is truthful and accurate.

You agree that:

• All drones and related products will be used solely for the Declared Purpose;
• You will comply with all applicable aviation and regulatory laws;
• You are responsible for obtaining any required registrations, permits, licenses, and insurance;
• You will not use the products in any unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited manner.

FPVDepot does not monitor or control how products are assembled, modified, tested, or used after delivery.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that drones and FPV products involve inherent risks, including property damage, bodily injury, regulatory penalties, and enforcement action if used improperly. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the possession, assembly, modification, and operation of any product purchased from FPVDepot.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Products are provided “as is” and “as available”;
• FPVDepot makes no express or implied warranties except where required by law;
• FPVDepot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• FPVDepot shall not be responsible for misuse, regulatory violations, or third-party claims arising from product use.

9. Customer Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPVDepot, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:
